International Traffic in Arms Regulations. All SORC transactions involving US-origin defence articles are conducted under ITAR Part 120–130, with DSP-5 export licences obtained prior to transfer.
US State Dept — DDTCExport Administration Regulations. Dual-use items are classified under the Commerce Control List (CCL) and licensed through BIS where required. SORC conducts end-use screening on all EAR-controlled transactions.
US BISUK Export Control Order 2008. SORC holds working relationships with the Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) and prepares SPIRE licence applications for UK-origin controlled goods.
UK ECJUAll counterparties are screened against OFAC SDN and OFSI Consolidated Lists prior to engagement. SORC maintains a documented sanctions-screening policy reviewed quarterly.
